1. Who we are

This website, hisglow.co, is operated by Rohan Dev Mehta, operating as HisGlow, a sole proprietorship based in Ontario, Canada ("HisGlow", "we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province or state, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to make a purchase. We currently sell and ship to customers in the United States and Canada only.

3. Products

We make every effort to display our products accurately. Product images and videos are for illustration; the size, brightness and colours of a projected image vary with room darkness, distance from the surface and screen settings on your device. If your product doesn't meet your expectations, our 30-day money-back guarantee applies (see our Refund Policy).

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time, but changes won't affect orders you've already placed. Payment is collected at checkout through our payment providers. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

7. Safe use

Use our products only as intended and according to any included instructions. Our projectors are low-voltage USB devices; use a standard USB power source and do not leave the device near water or flammable materials.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and design, belongs to HisGlow or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HisGlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
