Free shipping on every order to the United States and Canada.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Processing and delivery times
- Processing: 1-3 business days after you place your order.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 7-14 days after purchase.
Orders ship from our fulfillment partners' facilities, which may be located outside the United States and Canada. Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during the holiday season.
Christmas delivery
To give your order the best chance of arriving before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 8. Orders placed after that date may not arrive in time for Christmas.
Tracking
You'll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after it's issued.
Lost, late or damaged in transit (always covered)
If tracking shows your order never reached you and it hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, or it arrives damaged, email us at hisglow.co@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. This is free for every order.
Shipping Protection (optional add-on)
Shipping Protection covers packages that the carrier marks as delivered but that you didn't receive, including packages stolen from your door. If you added it at checkout, email us within 30 days of the delivery scan and we'll reship your order free. Without Shipping Protection, we'll help you file a claim with the carrier for packages marked delivered, but we can't guarantee a free reship.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away. We can update it before your order ships. Orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout aren't covered.
